Are Lolita glasses dishwasher safe?

Lolita glasses are NOT dishwasher safe. The harsh chemicals and high temperatures can damage the paint. We recommend gentle hand washing to clean your Lolita glassware. Also, do not let your glass “soak” in water, just rinse the inside and use as little water as possible.

My glass is broken or paint has started coming off, can you replace it?

Lolita glassware is obviously fragile and must be handled with great care. Unfortunately, we cannot replace items not originally purchased from our website. If you did happen to purchase your item online from us and there is a problem with your item, please be sure to contact us with your order number and we will be happy to help.

NOTE: Please be sure to keep any packaging in the event of damage during shipping. In addition, please take photos of your broken item and shipping container. Please attach them with your E-mail. This will help speed up processing.

If you are having other issues or purchased your item from another retailer, we advise that you contact them and they will hopefully be able to assist you.

When will my order be sent / shipped / posted?

If the stock is in our warehouse we will endeavour to ship the order the next working day. You will receive an email at the time of despatch.

We ship worldwide (excluding America) but please click on this link for more details.

What is the tracking number for my order?

Overseas and overnight deliveries are tracked, you will get a tracking number in an email , other deliveries are made by Royal Mail by 2nd Class post.

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

Yes, we offer a gift wrapping service at a charge of £5.00 per item. Gifts are wrapped in recyclable paper and a satin style ribbon with gift tag. Please leave your message for the gift tag in the message box provided.

My order was received damaged. How do I return it or get a replacement?

If you are unfortunate enough to receive a damaged item please contact our customer services. Our office hours are 8.30am–5.00pm Monday to Friday (GMT), where a dedicated member of staff can help you with your enquiry.

Will I be notified when my points are added or cancelled?

A notification email will be sent to you for every action taken on your account. Please note that if your order is cancelled and refunded the points for this order will be deducted from your account

To earn points for your orders you NEED to be signed up to the programme prior to purchase. Sign up here!

How do I spend my points?

To turn points into a reward, log into your account on the site, then click on the REWARDS ICON. The panel will show your current points and rewards — click REDEEM to get your reward. You can then click APPLY CODE to apply the £10 discount to the items in your cart automatically. Only one £10 reward may be redeemed per purchase.
